1. השירות
"מאמן השופר" היא אפליקציה לאימון בתקיעת שופר: הקלטת תקיעות, ניתוחן על המכשיר ומתן ציון ומשוב על-פי מקורות ההלכה, לצד תוכן הדרכה ולימוד. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
2. כלי אימון בלבד — לא פסיקת הלכה
האפליקציה היא כלי עזר לאימון בלבד. הניתוח מבוסס על עיבוד אותות אוטומטי ועלול לטעות, והציון אינו קביעה הלכתית. לקביעת ההלכה למעשה — ובפרט לעניין יציאה ידי חובה בראש השנה — יש להיוועץ ברב מוסמך.
3. שימוש חינם לחלוטין
- האפליקציה ניתנת בחינם לחלוטין, לשם שמיים — כל חלקיה (ניתוח התקיעות ללא הגבלה, הדרכה, הלכה ורוחניות) פתוחים ללא תשלום וללא רכישות בתוך האפליקציה.
- אין צורך בהרשמה או בחשבון בתשלום כדי להשתמש בכל התכונות.
4. עדכונים ושינויים
מנוע הניתוח והתוכן מתעדכנים מעת לעת, ובכלל זה שיפורי דיוק שעשויים לשנות ציונים. אנו רשאים לעדכן את האפליקציה ואת תנאים אלה; המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה.
5. קניין רוחני ותכנים
- האפליקציה, המנוע והעיצוב — כל הזכויות שמורות ל-appotto.
- התוכן ההלכתי מתוך „פניני הלכה — הרב אליעזר מלמד” (לרבות הפרק המלא והערות השוליים, במקור העברי ובמהדורה האנגלית הרשמית) מובא ברשות מפורשת של ההוצאה, ללא תשלום, בציון קרדיט. כל הזכויות בטקסטים שמורות לישיבת הר ברכה.
- קישורים לשיעורים ולמקורות חיצוניים מובאים כשירות; איננו אחראים לתוכנם.
6. הגבלת אחריות
האפליקציה ניתנת כמות שהיא (AS-IS). במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, לא נישא באחריות לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש, לרבות הסתמכות על תוצאות הניתוח. אין באמור לגרוע מזכויות צרכן קוגנטיות.
7. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה יחול דין מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הייחודית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל — מבלי לגרוע מהוראות דין צרכני מחייבות במדינת מגוריך.

1. The Service
"Shofar Trainer" is a shofar-blowing practice app: it records your blasts, analyzes them on-device, and provides a score and feedback based on halachic sources, alongside instructional and study content. Using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. A training aid only — not a halachic ruling
The app is a practice aid only. Its analysis relies on automatic signal processing and may err; scores are not halachic determinations. For practical halachic rulings — particularly regarding fulfilling the mitzvah on Rosh Hashanah — consult a qualified rabbi.
3. Completely free
- The app is provided entirely free, for the sake of Heaven — every part (unlimited blast analysis, instruction, halacha, and spirituality) is open at no charge, with no in-app purchases.
- No sign-up or paid account is required to use any feature.
4. Updates and changes
The analysis engine and content are updated from time to time, including accuracy improvements that may change scores. We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
5. Intellectual property and content
- The app, engine, and design — all rights reserved to appotto.
- The halachic content from "Peninei Halakha — Rabbi Eliezer Melamed" (including the complete chapter with footnotes, in the Hebrew original and the official English edition) appears with the publisher's express permission, free of charge, with credit. All rights in the texts are reserved to Yeshivat Har Bracha.
- Links to external lessons and sources are provided as a convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided AS-IS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including reliance on analysis results. Nothing herein derogates from mandatory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent Israeli courts — without derogating from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

« Entraîneur de Chofar » est une application d'entraînement à la sonnerie du chofar : elle enregistre vos sonneries, les analyse sur l'appareil et fournit une note et des commentaires fondés sur les sources halakhiques, ainsi que du contenu pédagogique et d'étude. L'utilisation de l'application vaut acceptation des présentes conditions.
2. Un outil d'entraînement — pas une décision halakhique
L'application est un outil d'aide à l'entraînement uniquement. Son analyse repose sur un traitement automatique du signal et peut se tromper ; les notes ne constituent pas des décisions halakhiques. Pour la halakha pratique — notamment l'accomplissement de la mitsva à Roch Hachana — consultez un rabbin qualifié.
3. Entièrement gratuit
- L'application est fournie entièrement gratuitement, pour l'amour du Ciel — toutes ses sections (analyses illimitées, guide, halakha, spiritualité) sont ouvertes sans frais et sans achats intégrés.
- Aucune inscription ni compte payant n'est nécessaire pour utiliser toutes les fonctionnalités.
4. Mises à jour et modifications
Le moteur d'analyse et le contenu sont mis à jour périodiquement, y compris des améliorations de précision pouvant modifier les notes. Nous pouvons mettre à jour l'application et les présentes conditions ; la poursuite de l'utilisation vaut acceptation.
5. Propriété intellectuelle et contenus
- L'application, le moteur et le design — tous droits réservés à appotto.
- Le contenu halakhique de « Peninei Halakha — Rav Eliezer Melamed » (y compris le chapitre complet avec ses notes, dans l'original hébreu et l'édition anglaise officielle) est reproduit avec l'autorisation expresse de l'éditeur, à titre gracieux, avec crédit. Tous les droits sur les textes sont réservés à la Yechivat Har Brakha.
- Les liens vers des cours et sources externes sont fournis à titre de service ; nous ne sommes pas responsables de leur contenu.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
